92kpk Terms and Conditions

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 92kpk platform, including the website, mobile application and all services made available through them. By registering an account or using any part of the 92kpk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

The 92kpk platform offers online sports betting, Live Casino games, slots and other game titles, Bingo rooms, and a VIP loyalty programme. All services are provided in PKR and are designed for use by adult players in Pakistan.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 92kpk.

2Account Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions apply to you. If at any point you no longer meet these conditions, you are required to notify 92kpk and cease using the platform immediately.

3Registration and Account Verification

You may hold only one active account on the 92kpk platform. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. If any registered details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly via your account settings.

Identity Verification

92kpk may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Ownership

Your 92kpk account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift or share your account with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

4Deposits

All deposits on the 92kpk platform are denominated in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and mobile wallets. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Most deposit methods process instantly or near-instantly. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• 92kpk does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made to your account are intended for wagering. If you deposit and do not wager, withdrawal processing may be subject to additional verification.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. 92kpk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to accounts held in your own name only.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown in the cashier.
• Standard processing times vary by method. VIP members at higher tiers receive expedited processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Any bonus balance subject to active wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• 92kpk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above certain amounts or in unusual circumstances.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a withdrawal request is declined, the amount is returned to your account balance. The reason for a declined withdrawal will be communicated to you via the support channel.

6Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Real money and bonus money are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used first in games unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting on 92kpk covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other markets. Live Casino, Game Lobby and Bingo games are subject to their respective product-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or room.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is offered for that market.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, 92kpk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

• Winnings from voided bets are not paid; the stake is returned to your account.

8VIP Programme

The 92kpk VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is automatic from first deposit and every bet placed on the platform accumulates loyalty points toward tier progression.

• Points are earned on all eligible bets across sports betting, Live Casino, Game Lobby, Bingo and other sections. Earning rates may vary by product.
• Tier upgrades are automatic when the relevant points threshold is crossed.
• VIP tier status is subject to periodic review based on rolling activity. Extended inactivity may result in a tier reassessment.

• Automated betting tools, bots, scripts or software designed to interact with the platform without human input are prohibited.
• Collusion between players — for example, in Live Casino games or sports betting syndicates — is prohibited and will be investigated if suspected.

In cases of self-requested account closure, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the account holder following any required identity verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not returned.

12Limitation of Liability

• 92kpk is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, or device-related problems.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, the affected session may be voided and stakes returned.
